Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has a vacancy for an Automotive Interiors NPD CAD Engineer in Chennai. The role requires 6–10 years of experience in automotive interior design, NPD, and CAD with strong CATIA V5 expertise. Proficiency in 3DX and Teamcenter is preferred, with immediate joining only.

The candidate will drive interior trim concepts from design through release, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure CAD deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of experience in Automotive Interior Design / NPD / CAD.
• Strong CATIA V5 experience is mandatory.
• Experience with 3DX and Teamcenter is preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.

Mansioni

• Hands‑on CATIA V5 Part, Surface & Drawing work.
• Design & develop Automotive Interior Trim for NPD.
• Develop interior commodities: IP, CNSL, vents, ducts, pillar/door trims.
• Create packaging studies and master section.
• From concept to final release for interior components.
• Handle new part design and product development changes.
• Perform digital pre‑assembly / packaging studies.
• Apply GD&T and 2D/3D drawing standards.
• Work with Teamcenter and Vis Mockup.
• Understand prototyping, manufacturing and assembly needs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve design issues during development.
• Ensure CAD quality meets project milestones.
• Consider benchmarking, cost reduction and DfC.
• Communicate with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of 8D / Six Sigma is a plus.
