Job summary

National Australia Bank Ltd. in Gurugram invites a Networks Manager to lead the Network Engineering team, ensuring high availability and reliability of our enterprise network.

You will operate and optimize multi-vendor environments, implement modern tooling, and drive design changes for better performance. The role requires strong leadership, ITIL-aware incident/problem/change management, and deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), SD-WAN, and VXLAN.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale networks.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the health of the network, ensuring reliability.
• Deliver KPI reports and governance artifacts.
• Build relationships with NAB businesses and stakeholders at all levels.
• Engage with Service Owners, Service Delivery, and Global Operations Center.
• Oversee risk and governance for end-of-life hardware/software.
• Manage incident, problem, change reporting and SLA compliance.

Your New Role

• We are looking for Manager to be part of Network Engineering team –
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the health of the network. This team not only operates the networks by leveraging the latest in high scale networking hardware, multi-tier topology and advanced tooling but also solves complex technical problems for our customers. This team is pivotal in driving technology changes that ensure a safe and reliable network, manage operational changes, determine root cause of complex issues, develop automated tooling, and implement design optimizations that drive reliability.
• Maintain KPI’s, deliverables. Reporting and Governance
• Build and maintain relationships with all levels across all NAB Businesses from operations to senior managements.
• Build strong working relationship with Key Stakeholder Groups - Service Owners / Service delivery / Service management / Global Operations Centre / different level of business stakeholders
• Risk and Governance for End-of-life hardware/software
• Policy and Vulnerability compliance SLA’s
• Incident/ problem / change reporting, SLA’s and compliances

What Will You Bring

• Experienced people leader.
• Experience in ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of Networking Basics, Routing & Switching, Routing Protocols- BGP & OSPF, SDWAN, VxLAN, Wireless, multi-vendor environment,
• Prior experience in network operations/support.
• Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause and permanent fix to the problems
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level as well as all other level
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate
• Competent ITIL skills in Incident, Problem and change management
