Your New Role

As an Engineering Manager (Senior Vice President), you will lead high-performing engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support NAB’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for driving engineering excellence, fostering innovation, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives, and building an inclusive culture focused on customer outcomes. Working closely with business, architecture, risk, and technology stakeholders, you will enable transformation through modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement.
