Job summary

Jackson & Frank in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Integration Automation Engineer to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions across disparate systems. You will drive API-based integrations using Ansible, Cisco NSO, and ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver scalable, secure workflows.

You will document designs, develop Ansible playbooks for network orchestration, and ensure performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to integrate disparate systems, ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable integration solutions using Ansible, Cisco NSO, Workflow engine, ServiceNow, GitHub, Netbox, etc.
• Create and maintain API-based integrations.
• Document all integration processes, design decisions, and developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration and workflow issues, ensuring high levels of performance and security.
• Continuously monitor and analyse the efficiency of integrated solutions, proposing and implementing improvements when necessary.
• Participate in regular review sessions with IT peers to discuss best practices, new technologies, and potential optimisations.
• Offer training and support to other IT team members on integrated systems and platforms.
• Develop Ansible playbooks for network orchestration.
• Configuring Cisco NSO for network orchestration and ensuring its seamless integration with other platforms.
• Standardise and document network configurations using YANG modelling for Cisco routers and switches in a design implementation guideline, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and uniformity across the organisation.
• Document the service and standard operating procedures.
