Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Respond to network-related issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Configure and manage network devices such as Cisco routers, switches, F5 load balancers and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Implement and enforce network security policies to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Work closely with other team members to support IT infrastructure and operations.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and updates to ensure the latest technologies are in place and mitigate Bugs and Vulnerabilities.
• Support remediation activities for network security vulnerabilities, bugs, and identified risks.
• Responding to network incidents, identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and minimizing service disruption.
• Knowledge of automation tools for improving network administration activities.
• Working knowledge of Python for network automation and operational tasks.
• Documentation: Maintaining network configuration documents, operational procedures, troubleshooting information, and technical documentation.
• Change Management: Supporting planned network changes, upgrades, configuration updates, and production implementation activities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
