Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage secure proxy, URL filtering, and web access policies using Forcepoint, Netskope, and Zscaler for internet and SaaS access.
• Design, implement, and support ZTNA solutions for secure remote access.
• Configure and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) for internet-facing apps.
• Monitor and analyze firewall, proxy, and security logs to detect threats and policy violations.
• Support SaaS security integrations and CASB/SSE platforms.
• Perform firewall rule reviews, NAT configurations, SSL decryption, and security hardening.
• Collaborate with SOC, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams during incidents and audits.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, SOPs, RCA reports, and security guides.

Job Description

• Manage and enforce secure proxy, URL filtering, and web access policies using Forcepoint, Netskope, and Zscaler for internet and SaaS application access.
• Design, implement, and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions to enable secure remote access for users and applications.
• Configure and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions to protect internet-facing applications from threats.
• Monitor, analyze, and correlate firewall, proxy, and security logs to detect threats, vulnerabilities, and policy violations
• Support SaaS security integrations and implement cloud access security controls (CASB/SSE platforms).
• Perform firewall rule reviews, policy optimization, NAT configurations, SSL decryption/inspection, and security hardening activities.
• Work closely with SOC, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams during security incidents, audits, and change implementations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and security implementation guides.
