Job summary

Tecnoprism is seeking an experienced Netskope Administrator in Delhi to manage and optimize Netskope security and policy configurations. You will deploy and tune DLP, CASB, SWG, and ZTNA controls, analyze logs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure access to cloud applications.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on Netskope experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid foundation in networking and security concepts. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Netskope administration and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Netskope DLP, CASB, SWG, and ZTNA.
• Experience in policy creation, configuration, management, troubleshooting and tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Netskope Client and traffic steering.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to network, web traffic, authentication and security policies.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, proxy, routing and firewall concepts.
• Experience analyzing Netskope logs, alerts and security events.
• Good understanding of cloud/SaaS applications and security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Netskope environment for security and compliance.
• Create and tune security policies across DLP, CASB, SWG and ZTNA.
• Analyze logs and alerts to identify threats and optimize configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cloud/SaaS security requirements are met.
