Job summary

RNS Technology Services in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional with 8+ years in the field, including at least 4 years working with Netskope security products and Proofpoint Email security with DLP.

You will architect, implement, and support cloud security solutions, configure web filtration and DLP policies, and troubleshoot DMARC/SPF/DKIM while coordinating with vendors and client teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 4+ years on Netskope and Proofpoint with DLP.
• Hands-on experience with Netskope Web, RBI, CASB, Email Security and DLP.
• Experience configuring PAC, URL categories, web filtration and traffic management.
• Strong understanding of ATP, analytics and reporting.
• Experience reviewing DMARC, SPF and DKIM records.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN/DMVPN/VPN and large data center security.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS, VPNs, firewall, WAF and IDS/IPS.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Willing to travel to client onsite on business demand.

Responsibilities

• Architecting, implementing and supporting Netskope/Proofpoint Cloud SaaS appliances.
• Troubleshooting and monitoring Netskope Web Security, RBI, CASB, Email Security and DLP.
• Document setup and maintain as-built drawings when changes are made.
• Implementing Proofpoint and Netskope solutions.
• Experience implementing SSL/TLS, VPNs, AV, IDS/IPS in firewalls (Palo Alto/FortiGate).
• Coordinate directly with End Customer / Vendor to troubleshoot solutions.

• Extensive knowledge and good hands-on, Along with Netskope Web, RBI, CASB, Email Security and DLP (Analyzing, Designing, Implementing, Configuring Troubleshooting)


• Experience in configuring PAC, URL Category configuration, Web Filtration and traffic management for both standard and custom traffic and Proxy services.


• Good Understanding and experience in ATP, ADP and Advanced analytics and reporting


• Experience in Review, troubleshoot, and maintain DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records for email authentication.


• Good Knowledge in LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, DMVPN, VPN, and high availability/multipath/redundant routers, switches and firewalls in large data center environment.


• Knowledge in handling Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, WAF, IDS/IPS)


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors


• Willing to travel to client onsite on business demand

Roles And Responsibilities

• Architecting, Implementing and supporting Netskope/Proofpoint Cloud SaaS appliances.


• Troubleshooting including engaging with end users and providing leadership on outage bridges Monitor in Netskope web security, RBI, CASB, Email Security and DLP for all the security groups for the project implementations

Document setup and maintain as built drawings as changes are made

• Implementing Proofpoint and Netskope Solutions


• Experience is implementing SSL/TLS, VPNs, AV, IDS/IPS in Firewalls (PaloAlto/FortiGate)


• Coordinate directly with End Customer / Vendor when required to troubleshoot the solution

Tools Technology Experience

• Netskope CASB/DLP/GenAI and other modules.


• Proofpoint Email Security implementation

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalently advanced industry certifications


• Additionally, Product certification in above solutions


• Certification Eligibility: Min two certification mandatory in tools technology category
