Job summary

EDGE Executive Search is seeking an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to support demand management and project coordination across Network, IT Infrastructure, and Security environments.

You will manage demands, track intake and milestones, prepare status dashboards, collaborate with technical and business teams, and drive alignment with ITIL practices to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple technology demands across Network, Infrastructure, and Security functions.
• Track demand intake, prioritization, progress, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Support project governance activities and drive adherence to established delivery processes.
• Facilitate alignment with ITIL-based operational practices, including change and incident management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery effectiveness.
