Job summary

Infosys in Pune seeks an IT Infrastructure professional to oversee network, telecom and cloud-related integration and migration projects. You'll manage LAN/WAN/WiFi/IoT aspects and the full lifecycle, aligning with client needs and business goals.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, proposal support with Solution Expert, quoting, planning, budgeting, and ensuring smooth handover to MSP teams with clear client reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing network and telephony infrastructure projects.
• familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
• Exposure to SAP Telecommunications and Oracle Cloud DM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration/migration projects for Network and Telephony infrastructure through full DMND lifecycle.
• Gather client requirements and qualify client needs for proposals.
• Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals with the Solution Expert.
• Submit project quotes, construct project plans, place orders, and monitor budgets.
• Ensure handover to MSP teams and provide client reporting.
