Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Network Engineering and Operations services across enterprise networks.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN & SD-WAN.
- Oversee Network Operations & Troubleshooting including incident management and service restoration.
- Apply delivery management practices to manage delivery commitments, governance, and customer expectations.
- Drive SLA and KPI adherence and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Support cloud-connected and hybrid networks using AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Lead network transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships, governance reviews, escalations, and executive communications.
- Provide leadership to Network Engineers and Technical Leads.
- Support resource planning, hiring, and team development.

The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in Network Engineering, including Routing & Switching and LAN/WAN & SD-WAN, combined with expertise in Network Operations & Troubleshooting and Network Engineering Delivery Management / Service Delivery. The role requires experience managing enterprise network environments, leading technical teams, maintaining reliable network operations, and delivering measurable service outcomes. The successful candidate will also have intermediate-level experience with AWS OR Azure OR GCP to support cloud-connected and hybrid networking environments.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Network Engineering and Operations services across enterprise network environments.
- Provide technical and operational leadership for Network Engineering, including Routing & Switching and LAN/WAN & SD-WAN.
