Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Senior Network Technician for a hybrid role in Delhi. The position emphasizes hands-on enterprise network troubleshooting, NOC operations, and strong customer interaction in English.

The engineer will handle incidents, monitor networks, and ensure SLA adherence while supporting US night shifts from the Delhi region. Preference for candidates with Cisco certification and a background in network operations.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Network Operations / NOC / Network Support.
• Experience in an enterprise NOC / managed services / network operations environment.
• Good troubleshooting and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to work US night shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve network incidents, service requests and changes.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP, SD-WAN and wireless issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Work on client tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
• Provide remote support to enterprise clients.
• Resolve 80%+ of assigned incidents independently.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineering teams when required.
• Mentor junior technicians and support the team with technical issues.
• Communicate with clients in English, both verbal and written.
