Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad/Chennai is seeking a Network Operations Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our AI Cloud transformation journey. You will provide L2 support for network incidents, monitor infrastructure, and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity.

You will perform RCA, implement corrective actions, escalate to L3 when needed, ensure SLAs/OLAs are met, manage network devices, VLANs, IP/DNS/DHCP/NTP, and maintain inventories and

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of networking experience.
• Proficient in routing, switching, wireless and WAN troubleshooting.
• Able to perform RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to meet operational SLAs/OLAs and maintain documentation.
• Strong collaboration with L2/L3 teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts proactively.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineering teams when required.
• Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and OLAs.
• Network Administration
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and controllers.
• Support VLAN provisioning, trunking, port management, and network segmentation.
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and NTP services.
• Perform firmware and software upgrades on network devices.
• Maintain network inventories and documentation
