Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to join its AI Cloud transformation team based in India. You will provide L2 support, monitor networks, troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and WAN issues, and perform RCA with adherence to SLAs and OLAs.

Location options include Hyderabad or Chennai, with an emphasis on hands-on network administration, device upgrades, IP services, DNS/DHCP, and maintaining accurate network inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in network operations and support.
• Experience providing L2 support for network incidents and service requests.
• Proficient in routing, switching, wireless, and WAN troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Experience ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts proactively.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineering teams when required.
• Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and OLAs.

• Support VLAN provisioning, trunking, port management, and network segmentation.
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and NTP services.
