Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for Network Admin (L2/L3) to support enterprise networks in Delhi with 6+ years experience. You will troubleshoot routing, switching, and firewall issues, manage escalations, and maintain SLA commitments while coordinating with vendors and ISPs. A capacity planning mindset and ITIL familiarity are required.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Provide second-line support for network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Routing and Switching, Palo Alto, Check point, Citrix Net scalar.
• Manage escalations from the L1 team and resolve them within SLA.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices.
• Configure and support daily tasks and basic firewall rules.
• Document network issues, solutions, and changes.
• Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required.
• Cisco ASA and Aruba Wireless Network.

Soft Skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good understanding of ITIL based Service Management processes.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call rotation (for L2).

• Act as a subject matter expert for complex network troubleshooting and optimization.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage and secure firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto and Checkpoint).
• Handle high-severity incidents and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation.
• Lead major upgrades, migrations, and network architecture changes.
• Provide mentorship and support to L2 engineers.
• Conduct risk assessments and capacity planning.

Soft Skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good understanding of ITIL based Service Management processes.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call rotation (for L3).
