Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Voice Infrastructure and related platforms.
• Configure and manage Network Infrastructure including routers and switches.
• Administer firewall policies and monitor network security.
• Monitor voice quality and resolve call-related issues.
• Configure and manage Layer 2/3 switches and routers and implement routing protocols.
• Monitor network performance and diagnostics; support network segmentation and access control policies.
• Administer FortiGate firewalls including policy creation, NAT, VPN, and web filtering; perform audits and rule reviews.

Job description

Shift: Rotational Day/Night (Supporting US Clients; employees will rotate weekly between day and night shifts, not permanently assigned to night shift)

Voice Infrastructure

• Administer and maintain Avaya IP Office / Aura / CM / Session Manager platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot DID numbers, SIP trunks, call routing, voicemail, hunt groups, and user profiles.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors for provisioning and activation.
• Monitor voice quality and resolve call-related issues.

Network Infrastructure

• Configure and manage Layer 2/3 switches and routers (Cisco Catalyst)
• Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
• Perform network performance monitoring and diagnostics.
• Support network segmentation and access control policies.

Security & Firewall (Fortinet)

• Administer FortiGate firewalls including policy creation, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), and web filtering.
• Monitor and optimize deep inspection, certificate deployment, and threat protection.
• Perform regular firewall audits and rule reviews.
