Job summary

Alstom in Bangalore is seeking a Network Governance Analyst to lead data-driven governance, SLA reporting, and stakeholder communication. You will partner with Core Networks Operations, Design, and Build teams to identify improvements, publish dashboards, and maintain documentation.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, end-to-end enhancements, and ITSM compliance across networks. A strong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, and experience with Power BI and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in network governance, operations, or related area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
  • Experience with network devices (routers, switches, APs, SD-WAN) and ITSM processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, tools, and finance management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • A networking certification (e.g., CCNA) or ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in network governance, data analysis, and operational excellence in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic team of professionals.

You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving process improvements, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Core Networks Operations, Design, and Build Teams), maintain SLA reporting, and identify and implement enhancements. You’ll also publish reports, dashboards, and focus areas to senior management and other stakeholders.

You’ll specifically take care of identifying improvement opportunities, planning and executing enhancements, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, but also maintaining documentation and dashboards on platforms like SharePoint.
