Job summary

ALSTOM Bengaluru seeks a data analyst to drive data analysis, reporting, and automation across Master Data processes. You will collaborate with global teams, improve data integrity, and develop advanced reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end analytics, KPI tracking, and implementing RPA using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate, plus building interactive dashboards with Power BI/Tableau. A strong foundation in SQL/Excel and ML concepts is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Reporting experience.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Hands-on with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate for RPA.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Knowledge of data science and ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity of Master Data, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the business. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with global teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and enterprise systems, while driving automation and analytics initiatives to enhance business processes.

You'll specifically take care of managing critical Master Data processes and developing advanced reporting solutions, but also contribute to continuous improvement through RPA and data science-based innovations.

We'll look to you for:

• Driving end-to-end data analysis, automation, and reporting initiatives to support business decision-making and operational efficiency
• Managing complex queries and issues, and ensuring timely resolution
• Meeting KPIs and SLA adherence, while tracking and reporting daily action status
• Coordinating with global teams for data creation and updates across regions
• Designing and implementing automation solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate
• Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
• Performing advanced data analysis using SQL and analytical tools to derive actionable insights
• Applying data science techniques like statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning using Python or R

All about you

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Reporting
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
