Job summary

HSE Solutions - PREVOR in Mumbai seeks a hands-on Network Engineer/IT Support professional to back our Indian operations and collaborate with a Paris-based IT team. You will ensure system reliability, resolve technical issues, and contribute to infrastructure improvements on a global scale.

The role focuses on on-site IT operations in Mumbai with the opportunity to participate in international projects and AI-enabled workflows. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be based in Mumbai with on-site work only.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support remotely and on-site.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, smartphones and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, access rights and IT inventory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, VPNs and essential IT services.
• Support backups and system availability; contribute to infrastructure reliability.
• Configure routers, switches and network connections.
• Contribute to security, updates and maintenance activities.

We are looking for an Network engineer (or technician) and users support for our office.

JOB based in Parel, Mumbai - Applicants must live in Mumbai - No home office.

The Head of the IT department in based in France. The overall mission the department is to Ensure the stability and evolution of the information system for the whole of the company (France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, China, and India…) and implement solutions adapted to the service needs and the strategy defined by the Management.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive IT professional to support our Indian operations and work closely with the international IT team based in France. You will keep systems reliable, help colleagues resolve technical issues, and contribute to infrastructure improvements and international projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

IT support & operations

• Provide technical support remotely and on-site.
