The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the telecom domain and a strong understanding of network architecture including 2G, 4G, and 5G protocols. Responsibilities include issue resolution, stakeholder management, and preparing operational reports. Applicants must be willing to work during weekends and off-hours due to operational demands.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the Telecom domain.
• Strong understanding of network architecture with interfaces and protocols.
• Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, VLAN, OSPF, BGP.

Responsibilities

• Drive issues end-to-end until resolution.
• Prepare and validate RFO and RCA for B2B customers.
• Be available during weekends and off-office hours for operations.
• Be available during weekends and off-office hours due to operations.

Technical Skills

• 2-3 Years of Experience in Telecom domain
• Strong understanding of 2G/4G (LTE & EPC)/5G network architecture with interfaces and protocol
• Switching & Routing concepts, IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, and NNI concepts (CCNA-level basic knowledge)

Management Skills

• Good understanding of NOC KPIs and operational metrics such as SR, SLA, MTTR, etc.
• MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint knowledge
• Strong ownership mindset to drive issues end-to-end until resolution
• Preparing and validating RFO and RCA for B2B customers
• Willingness to be available during weekends and off-office hours due to the nature of operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams
