Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years (Engineer II) or 8+ years (Senior/Infrastructure) of relevant IT experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Tools: Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba networking, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IPAM using Infoblox, and support telephony platforms including VoIP, SIP, and Genesys CX.
• Automate network operations and infrastructure management using Python, Ansible, GitHub, and other programming tools to improve efficiency.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network incidents, service requests, and change activities through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow while adhering to SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions ensuring security compliance.
