Manage Cisco ACI and Cisco Nexus environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Identify, analyze, and resolve network performance bottlenecks and recommend enhancements. Monitor and maintain network health, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to ACI, Nexus switches, and routing.
  2. Act as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers, resolving advanced incidents related to firewalls, DNS, Zscaler, SD‑WAN, and load balancers (NetScaler/F5). Diagnose and resolve network‑related application issues, including advanced routing, S2S VPNs, and traffic‑shaping problems. Configure and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing protocols within the network infrastructure. Perform root‑cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and provide actionable recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
