Tata Consultancy Services in Trivandrum invites experienced network professionals for a walk-in drive on 5th September 2026. With 6 to 12 years of IT experience, you will own enterprise network infrastructure across core, distribution, and access layers.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead changes, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with cross-functional teams for secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MS in IT with 3+ years IT experience post-qualification.
• Strong networking fundamentals with experience in enterprise networks.
• Experience in design, review, and maintenance of network topology diagrams and docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end network infrastructure across core, distribution, and access layers.
• Lead and execute network changes, upgrades, and migrations across global infra.
• Serve as escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents.
• Design, review, and maintain network topology diagrams and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical sessions and peer reviews.
• Participate in CAB meetings and ensure structured implementation.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, NAT, VPN, and traffic flow issues.
• Maintain network health via capacity planning and monitoring.
• Perform RCA and incident reports for critical outages.
• Ensure compliance with network security standards and cross-functional collaboration.

JOB DESCRIPTIO N

Must-Have**

• Manage and support end-to-end network infrastructure covering core, distribution, and access layers.


• Lead and execute high-impact network changes, upgrades, and migrations across global infrastructure.


• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents.


• Design, review, and maintain detailed network topology diagrams, configurations, and documentation.


• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting technical sessions and peer reviews.


• Participate in and lead change advisory board (CAB) meetings and ensure structured implementation.


• Troubleshoot issues related to routing, switching, firewall policies, NAT, VPN tunnels, and traffic flow.


• Maintain network health through capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and tuning.


• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports for critical outages.


• Ensure compliance with network security standards and best practices.


• Coordinate with other infrastructure and security teams for cross-functional projects.


• Provide support for weekend/after-hours maintenance windows and critical deployments.
