Job summary

Training Basket is seeking a network technician to perform hardware testing, remote network support, and on-site configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and WAPs. You will work with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto devices to ensure optimal performance and reliable connectivity.

The role requires hands-on Cisco experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to document incidents clearly while collaborating with teams on-site.

Qualifications

• CCNA/CCNP certification required or equivalent
• Router and switch hardening techniques
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
• Server testing and basic diagnostics
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking products
• Incident documentation and reporting practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Hardware testing and performance validation

• Configure and support firewall, VOIP, routing, switching, Wi-Fi

• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of spare parts
