What You’ll Do:

• ✅ Broadband installation & fault repair at customer premises
• ✅ Handle fiber splicing, crimping, internal wiring, and router configuration
• ✅ Troubleshoot connectivity issues (fiber cut, router setup, cable faults)
• ✅ Maintain network switches & ensure timely service delivery
• ✅ Monitor systems, resolve escalations, and ensure 99.99% uptime

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of experience in broadband/field networking
• Hands‑on with fiber splicing, OTDR handling, Wi‑Fi/router configuration
• Willingness to work on‑field (6 days a week, 1 weekday off)
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period preferred
