Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Administer Cisco Meraki Dashboard, including MX Security Appliances, MS Switches, and MR Wireless Access Points.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, RSTP, MST, EtherChannel, VTP, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing.
• Configure and troubleshoot dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Monitor ISP health, bandwidth utilization, latency, jitter, and packet loss; coordinate with ISP vendors for incident resolution.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls; perform failover testing for redundant internet links and SD-WAN connectivity.
• Monitor network infrastructure using monitoring tools and respond to alerts; maintain network documentation and SOPs.

About the Job - We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Cisco Meraki, enterprise routing and switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN technologies, ISP management, and Linux administration. The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting skills, proactive monitoring, and the ability to maintain high network availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Administer Cisco Meraki Dashboard, including MX Security Appliances, MS Switches, and MR Wireless Access Points.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, RSTP, MST, EtherChannel, VTP, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for enterprise network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and performance issues.

• Configure DHCP, DNS, NTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH, AAA, and network authentication services.
• Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and disaster recovery planning for network devices.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventory.
• Analyze firewall, switch, wireless, and VPN logs to identify root causes and security events.
• Support wireless deployments, RF optimization, roaming issues, and client connectivity troubleshooting.
• Work with cross-functional teams during network implementation, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and mentor junior engineers.
