Aptonline is seeking a Network Administrator/Network Engineer in Hyderabad to manage enterprise LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and security devices across the network stack.

The candidate will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and firewalls, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performing operations for critical business systems in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, and VLANs.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices and secure network operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless APs, and firewalls.
• Manage Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto security appliances.
• Configure routing and switching protocols.
• Create and manage VLANs for segmentation and security.
• Monitor performance, bandwidth, and availability.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues.
• Coordinate with ISPs for circuit provisioning and outages.
• Implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and security best practices.
• Perform firmware upgrades and backups; conduct disaster recovery for devices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Network Administrator/Network Engineer with hands-on experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, and VLANs. The ideal candidate should have experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices and be capable of ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Manage and support Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto network security appliances.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols.
• Create, modify, and manage VLANs to ensure network segmentation and security.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and availability.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and security-related issues.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for circuit provisioning, outages, and escalation of connectivity issues.
• Implement firewall policies, VPN tunnels, NAT, ACLs, and security best practices.
• Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and disaster recovery for network devices.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration records.
• Work closely with system, security, and application teams to support business operations.

Required Skills
