Job summary

HighSpring India LLP is seeking an experienced NetSuite Manager to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation, upgrade and support initiatives for a 3+ month contract. The role requires 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience and expertise in ASC-606, OpenAir, and PSA tools.

The position involves facilitating design workshops, configuring NetSuite modules, managing data migrations and integrations, and coordinating with business stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade and support experience.
• Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
• 8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
• Ability to lead workshops, including gathering/documenting requirements and use-cases and recommending envisioned processes.
• ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience.
• Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs and articulate business benefits and costs.
• Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application.
• Experience training and supporting end users in NetSuite.
• Experience testing NetSuite application instances to validate setups, including test plans and scripts.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions surpassing client expectations.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management
• Management, or OpenAir Certifications.
• Experience managing technical development by liaising between technical team and user community is strongly preferred.
• CPA, PMP or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and gather requirements and use-cases for NetSuite implementations.
• Train and support end users in NetSuite and validate configurations through testing.
• Define and articulate business benefits and costs, and develop detailed work plans for project activities within scope.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure successful delivery of NetSuite services and solutions.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and user community to ensure alignment and adoption.
