Job summary

dotSolved is seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Financial Functional Consultant / Lead to drive implementation, customization, and ongoing support of NetSuite across finance and business operations. The role focuses on delivering scalable NetSuite solutions with a strong emphasis on data migration, workflow automation, and advanced revenue management.

You will interact with end users and business owners, map IT/ERP processes to standard workflows, and ensure timely deliverables while leading

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite implementation and support management experience.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, Suite Flow and Suite Builder.
• Experience with CSV import/export and Web Services integration.
• Ability to map IT/ERP applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.
• Hands-on experience in complex saved searches.
• Knowledge to set up and configure PTP, OTC, RTR processes.
• Experience with Advanced Accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-Book, Fixed Asset, Electronic Bill Payment, Forecasting and Budgeting.
• Experience implementing Suite Projects Project to Cash.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare test plans and ensure quality delivery of customizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation and customization projects for finance and operations.
• Coordinate with technical team to deliver on time and with quality.
• Guide end users and business owners in mapping processes to NetSuite.
• Conduct gap analyses and design scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Develop and test customizations, reports, and saved searches.

About the role:

We are looking for a highly experienced NetSuite Financial Functional Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in implementation, support, and platform customization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable NetSuite solutions across finance and business operations.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of solid NetSuite Implementation and Support management experience with an advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform (NetSuite configuration, Suite Flow, Suite Builder).

Projects on NetSuite implementation covering Enable features, Preferences, Web Services integration, Data migration (CSV import & export)

Interact with the key end users and business owners to map IT/ERP applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis

Should have hands-on experience in complex saved search creation.

Should have strong understanding and knowledgeto set up, and configure

a) PTP, OTC, RTR process

b)Advance Accounting Module

c)Advanced Revenue management

d)Multi Books

e)Fixed Asset Module

f)Electronic Bill Payment

g)Forecasting, and Budgeting.

Should have experience in implementing the project management module (Suite Projects) Project to Cash.

Should handle the team and work with the technical team on the development task and ensure the timely deliverables.

Responsible for the quality analysis of delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients.

Prepare test plans and criteria for the testing of the native and customization process of NetSuite and ensure quality delivery.
