Job summary

Delta InfoSoft Private Limited is seeking a versatile ASP.NET Web Forms developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the full application lifecycle from database design to UI enhancements and production deployment.

The role requires strong backend expertise in MS SQL Server, hands-on experience with IIS, and a solid grasp of 3-tier architecture. You’ll contribute to both legacy (.NET 3.x) and modern (.NET 6) environments.

Qualifications

• Database profiling, indexing, deadlock analysis, and performance tuning.
• Experience with both legacy (.NET 3.5) and modern (.NET 6) projects.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage database structures using DDL and DML.
• Develop optimized stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across database instances.
• Develop and troubleshoot ASP.NET C# Web Forms applications using the ASPX/Code-behind model.
• Implement 3-Tier Architecture (DAL, BLL, DTO) to maintain clean separation of concerns.
• Apply dependency-injection patterns to improve maintainability.
• Configure, publish, and manage sites on IIS.
• Handle deployments across legacy (.NET 3.x) and modern (.NET 6) environments.
• Manage app pools, SSL bindings, permissions, and environment-specific web configurations.
• Perform database backups, restores, and maintenance via SSMS.
• Optimize performance using indexing strategies and query tuning.
• Diagnose and resolve deadlocks, disk-space alerts, and query timeouts.
• Improve UI responsiveness using AJAX for partial page updates.
• Ensure front-end logic integrates with backend processes.
• HRMS: support modules for employee records, attendance, payroll, leave management, and compliance.
