Job summary

Cavista Technologies is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications. You will work on both packaged and customized solutions, participate in agile teams, and contribute to large-scale, high-traffic public-facing platforms.

The role requires strong ASP.NET, MVC, REST APIs, and SQL Server experience, plus good communication and teamwork. You will adapt to evolving requirements and help deliver new features while ensuring quality through testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and MVC patterns.
• Familiarity with REST, RPC APIs.
• Solid skills in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.

• Play a key role in building medium to large-scale public facing, high volume based Web applications.
• Maintain existing intranet, extranet, and Internet sites and applications.
• Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers.

• Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit, and system, engaging users as necessary.
• Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited University in Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Possess solid skills in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience working on teams, Agile/Scrum teams experience preferred.
