Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and enhance scalable web-based applications using modern .NET technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces and support n-tier front-end/back-end development.
• Integrate applications with third-party platforms, external systems, and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship in architecture principles, cloud-native patterns, coding best practices, and development workflows.
• Establish and manage development environments, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery processes.
• Maintain, support, and continuously improve existing applications, ensuring high performance, stability, and reliability.
• Proficient in maintenance and optimization, with strong capability to support development and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in processes and execution.

Qualifications

Specific Knowledge & Requirements

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and enterprise-grade back end development.
• Strong knowledge of databases including SQL-based querying, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end practices.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems, development tools, and third-party integrations.
• Proven ability to work with Web APIs, Web Services, and external vendor systems.
• Strong expertise in performance, enhancement, maintenance, optimization, support, and executing day to day activities.
• In-depth experience working in Windows-based environments; familiarity with Linux systems is an added advantage.
