Job Description – .NET Web Application Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable web applications and services using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience across backend, frontend, and database layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET MVC 5 web applications
• Build and consume SOAP and RESTful services using WCF and ASP.NET Web API
• Develop scalable backend solutions using .NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET Core 2.1+
• Work with Entity Framework 6 for data access and ORM
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server 2016+ databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with ASP.NET MVC 5
• Strong experience in WCF and ASP.NET Web API (SOAP & REST)
• Proficient in .NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET Core 2.1+
• Solid frontend development experience using:
• jQuery / jQuery UI
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework 6
