Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web and enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Take ownership of the application lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.
