Valtech, Bengaluru-based global digital adviser, seeks an experienced Microsoft / .Net Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have 8-12 years of enterprise development experience building scalable, high‑performance applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and Microsoft technologies.

The role requires leading a team, guiding architectural decisions, code reviews, and collaboration with Architects to shape technical solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft / .Net Technical Leadto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in development, building scalable and high-performance applications of enterprise gradeusing below spread technologies.

What you do

• Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and cloud-based development practices.
• Proficient in designing and developing REST APIs using .NET Core 8.x, Open API Specifications and Swagger
• Should have strong hands-on experience in Azure PaaS services including Service Fabric, APIM, App Services, Azure Monitoring, Azure DevOps
• Should have experience in Azure security and API security in general along with API security implementations
• Should have experience in .NET web technologies along with any of the JS frameworks - Angular/React/Vue JS
• Very strong experience in designing and developing API centric unit test cases along with Mocks / Assertions
• Experience in REST API design using Swagger Hub / Open API Specifications will be added advantage.
• Experience in designing large scale unit test automations in associations with DevOps practices
• Experience in designing and developing Microservices using Dapr framework
• Ability to review the PR requests and participate in release processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in leading team and communicating with Architects on important technical decision-making processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications with IDE and Profilers
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with agile environment, development methodologies and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends and software development methodologies.
