Job summary

Valtech is seeking an experienced Microsoft / .Net Developer to join our global team. You will build scalable, high‑performance enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, and Azure services to support complex business needs across multiple domains.

The role focuses on designing RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI, implementing Azure PaaS solutions, API security, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in .NET development.
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services and DevOps.
• Proficient in REST API design and Swagger/OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft / .Net Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in development, building scalable and high-performance applications of enterprise grade using below spread technologies.

What you do

• Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and cloud-based development practices.
• Proficient in developing REST APIs using .NET Core 8.x, Open API Specifications and Swagger
• Should have strong hands-on experience in Azure PaaS services including Service Fabric, APIM, App Services, Azure Monitoring, Azure DevOps
• Should have experience in Azure security and API security in general along with API security implementations
• Should have experience in .NET web technologies along with any of the JS frameworks - Angular/React/Vue JS
• Very strong experience in designing and developing API centric unit test cases along with Mocks / Assertions
• Should have strong experience in Azure DevOps / Git tools with all latest developer centric extensions
• Experience in working with team lead and also communicating with Lead/Architects on important technical decision-making processes
• Monitor and trouble shoot applications with IDE and Profilers
• Experience in REST API design using Swagger Hub / Open API Specifications will be added advantage.
• Experience in developing large scale unit test automations in associations with DevOps practices
• Experience in developing Microservices using Dapr framework
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Experience in working in agile environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
