Job summary

Innominds Software in Baner, Pune is seeking a .NET - Lead Software Developer Engineer with 6-15 years of experience. The role focuses on Windows desktop apps using C# and WPF, strong system thinking and problem-solving.

You will own feature delivery, mentor engineers, align with MVVM and design patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work 3 days a week from office, interview process includes written test.

Qualifications

• 7–18 years of experience developing Windows desktop apps in C# and WPF.
• Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge with MVVM in WPF.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Visual Studio, Git.
• Mentoring and guiding engineers; ability to drive team maturity.
• Experience with graphics programming like DirectX/OpenGL is a plus.

Interview Process:

Written Test

Candidates will be interviewed only after clearing the written test.

• The test will include C# coding exercises and C# multiple-choice questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field, with 7-18 years of experience.
• Proven experience in developing Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented-programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with MVVM architecture and data binding in WPF.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with graphics programming like DirectX or OpenGL would be plus.
