Job summary

Futran Tech Solutions in Baner, Pune, is seeking a Cloud .Net Technical Lead (Full Stack) to design, mentor and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will lead development teams, drive architecture decisions, implement CI/CD, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet business objectives. 5 days WFO, shift 1pm-10pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 8+ years total IT experience with 4+ years in technical lead role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications, design architecture and estimate effectively.
• Design, develop, unit test, and enhance complex applications using the MS .NET framework, C#, react, and other related latest technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Identify technical risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentoring of developers in achieving technical excellence in the delivery of the project and creating scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Actively involve in build and deployment (CI/CD) activities and address build issues, define quality gates & ensure 100% code coverage.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their application within the organization.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, & tools to meet project needs.
• Lead proof-of-concept efforts and perform technical feasibility studies to validate solutions.
• Identify improvements to the existing application code and designs, increase flexibility and reducing future effort and pitch these ideas to project sponsors as required.
• Work closely with the product owner or customer to discuss the requirements, estimate development efforts and gain their acceptance of the solution. This will include working directly with the client where required.
• Clearly explain and discuss technical points with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues, identify & implement effective solutions.

As a technical lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing scalable, robust, secure, and efficient solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, BA, PM, and development teams, to gather requirements, understand architecture, implement key components and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 4+ years in a technical lead role with an overall experience of 8+ years.
• Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, distributed, and high-performance systems using cloud platform & services.
• Proficiency in designing complex solutions using Microsoft .NET tech stack,
• Experience in Entity framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core 8, Web/REST API, APIM, Azure App Services, gRPC, GraphQL etc
• Deep knowledge and experience with relational databases SQL Server /Oracle Database, No-SQL, MongoDB, COSMOS DB, LINQ, Blog/Table Storage etc
• Strong experience with source control systems, CI/CD & agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and supporting projects through the development lifecycle.
• Experience in implementing SSO in Web and WebAPI application using OAuth or OIDC, JWT.
• Experience with front-end development using bootstraps, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and modern libraries/frameworks etc.
• Hands-on experience with various architecture design patterns & principles like OOD, MVC, SOLID, microservices architecture.
• Should have experience in working with any of the messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions, and break down technical requirements into actionable steps.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
