Job summary

Datamark Bpo Service in Chennai District is seeking Nepali language interpreters to listen and translate between English and Nepali for client conversations. You will adhere to SOPs, maintain quality, and support client updates.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, active listening, and a positive attitude for rotating night shifts with 5 days work and 2 days off. Freshers fluent in Nepali and English are welcome; prior certification or training in Nepali language is a plus.

1. Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Nepali)

2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization

3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Requirements

Required skills and Experience:

• 1. The Nepali language interpreters should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & Nepali)
• 2. The Nepali language interpreters should have command over Language with good understanding skills is required
• 3. The Nepali language interpreters should have good communication Skills is required
• 4. The Nepali language interpreters should be a good listener
• 5. Candidates with certification in Nepali Language, Nepali Language trainers, Nepali Language Associate, Customer support Nepali Language will be given high preference
• 6. Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking Nepali and English Language
• 7. The Nepali language interpreters should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
• 8. The Nepali language interpreters should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
