Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer / Manager – New Building Solutions (NBS) to manage elevator installation projects for new buildings. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute elevator installation projects for new buildings.
• Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Supervise elevator installation activities as per company standards and procedures.
• Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Ensure timely completion of installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and installation standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Project teams.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and guide site engineers, technicians, and installation teams.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action wherever required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders for timely project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years in elevator/lift installation or related project execution.
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elevator installation, testing, commissioning, and site execution.
• Good project coordination and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of local languages is required/preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence (DL) are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bengaluru for site visits.
• Male candidates preferred due to the extensive field-travel requirements.
