Job summary

Selective Global Search invites applications for a Sr. Engineer Installation to lead elevator/escalator installation projects across sites. You will manage resources, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete installation activities of elevator and escalator projects.
• Plan and control manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution.
• Ensure installation quality through regular inspections and quality checks.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, supervisors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
• Handle technical issues, testing & commissioning activities, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and material requirements.
• Support final handover of projects with proper documentation and zero/minimum snags.
• Lead and guide supervisors, technicians, and subcontractor teams.
