Job summary

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) invites an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to join our governance team in Mumbai. You will lead surveillance of ecosystem partners and members, enforce standards, and work with product, operations and BD teams to ensure adherence to defined compliance frameworks.

The role requires a strong background in BFSI, regulatory laws, and project management, with a proven track record of implementing risk controls, audits, and prompt resolution of

Qualifications

• Preferably from BFSI industry in compliance/law.
• Graduate or master's degree in related field.
• Experience in project management, risk & compliance laws.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the team in formulation of policies and processes for ecosystem partners and members, initiate measures and oversee execution to maintain compliance.
• Conduct periodic reviews of compliance levels to identify bottlenecks and enable elimination of the same to ensure that there are no deviations.
• Enforce penalties/ required measures to ensure return to normalcy as soon as possible and proactively identify consistency issues in compliance for quick resolution.
• Administer surveillance of the ecosystem partners and members to ensure that any red flags are immediately raised and addressed.
• Initiate coordination with the respective product, operations and BD teams to ensure that the required information and safeguards are maintained as per defined standards of NBBL.
