Nail Artist — Junior to Educator

Requirements / Qualifications

• You're skilled in the European dry (e-file) technique — or you're eager to master it with our Educator.
• You have at least one year of experience as a nail artist.
• You care about clean cuticle work, nail architecture, and healthy nails.
• You follow nail-design trends and understand hand skincare.
• You love trying new things and aren't afraid to suggest bold ideas.
• You love your clients the way we do — a warm welcome, a real "how are you?", and making sure they feel good with you.
• You're passionate about your craft.

• 01 – Junior: manicure & gel – ~$4,000/mo
• 02 – Senior: pedicure & design – ~$5,500/mo
• 03 – Expert: extensions & sculpted French – ~$6,500-7,000/mo
• 04 – Educator: trains the team – ~$8,000/mo
• Owner: Your own studio & team, as a franchise owner.

All levels: W-2 base (from $25-55/hr by level) + commission + tips. Grow your level, grow your pay.
