Euler Motors in Delhi is seeking an MTS 2 - Embedded Software Engineer (BMS) with 4+ years of firmware experience. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Embedded Software/Firmware Development.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS-based systems (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, Zephyr, or equivalent).
• Experience with CAN/CAN-FD, I2C, SPI, Iso-SPI, UART, and RS485.
• BMS firmware development and battery monitoring applications.
• Algorithm development for Lithium-Ion batteries (LFP, SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, fault detection).
• Debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, debuggers.
• Understanding of STM32 and NXP periperals, memory management, and drivers.
• Experience developing low-level device drivers and HAL abstractions.
• Familiarity with ADCs, sensors, EEPROMs, Flash memory, battery monitoring ICs.
• Knowledge of embedded design patterns, modular architecture, and code structure.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with unit/integration/SIL/HIL testing and automated test frameworks.
• Understanding of MISRA-C guidelines and secure coding.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Design.

• 5. Hands-on experience in algorithm development and implementation for Lithium-Ion batteries, particularly LFP cells (SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, fault detection, and protection algorithms).
• 6. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and debuggers.
