Job summary

Olectra Greentech is hiring a Battery Management System (BMS) Software Lead with 7–8 years of automotive embedded software experience. The role spans ASW and BSW, AUTOSAR, embedded C development, software integration and functional safety.

You will mentor engineers, guide cross‑functional teams and deliver compliant, high‑quality software. The position requires leadership in architecture, testing and validation on target hardware, with collaboration across hardware, systems and validation teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–12 years in automotive embedded software development.
• Hands-on BMS development experience (minimum 4 years).
• Experience with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive suppliers preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA C is desirable.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Application Software (ASW) and Basic Software (BSW), with hands‑on experience in BMS architecture, AUTOSAR, embedded C development, software integration, and functional safety. The role involves leading software development activities, mentoring engineers, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑quality automotive software compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the development of BMS software from requirements through design, implementation, integration, and validation.
• Define software architecture and module interfaces for both ASW and BSW.
• Guide ASW and BSW engineers on technical solutions, coding standards, and best practices.
