Job summary

Esscorp Tech is hiring for a Windows Admin at SME level in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on implementation and management of Windows Server environments, SQL Server, and virtualization with VMware.

Strong PowerShell scripting and networking fundamentals are mandatory, plus experience with failover clustering for high availability. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft core services, familiar with MECM/SCCM, Intune, and monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

• Operational expertise in Windows Server 2012 R2 through 2022, data center editions.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, IPAM, NTP, Kerberos/NTLM authentication.

Primary skill: MS Windows Admin (L3/ SME)

Technical Expertise

• Operating Systems: Windows Server 2012 R2 through Windows Server 2022 (Data Center / Standard editions).
• Core Network Services: In-depth knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, IPAM, NTP, and Kerberos/NTLM authentication.
• Scripting: Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for administration, module development, and automated monitoring.
• Management Tools: MECM/SCCM, Intune, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), or modern monitoring platforms (e.g., Opsramp, Splunk etc).
• Virtualization & Storage: VMware vSphere, SAN/NAS integration, and RAID configurations.
