Job summary

White Horse Manpower Consultancy in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Support professional to assist customers with Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, and to troubleshoot effectively.

You will handle technical inquiries, explain concepts to non-technical users, and work with remote support tools in a fast-paced environment, with a target-driven mindset. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with remote support and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with ticket/case management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical concepts to users and assist with queries.
