Role Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Lead who can drive end‑to‑end solution design, provide functional and technical leadership, and actively contribute to development when required. The role demands strong architecture understanding combined with hands‑on.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations and enhancements.
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
• Provide functional guidance across Sales & Customer Service modules:
