AtkinsRéalis in Bengaluru seeks a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support enterprise solutions. You will configure Dynamics 365, extend with C#/.NET, and integrate with ERP and scheduling tools.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong ALM/DevOps practices, and expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI). You will work with stakeholders across IT and business to deliver secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as Dynamics 365 Developer or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Azure services and APIs for integration.
• Understanding of ALM and DevOps practices.
• Experience with data modelling, system integration, and workflows in Dynamics 365.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and configure Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This role involves configuring and extending Dynamics 365 applications, developing Power Platform solutions, and integrating with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.
