Job summary

Conscendo Technologies is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) expert to lead end-to-end implementations across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. You will design robust data migration and integration solutions, and drive data governance and security within CRM processes.

The role requires strong proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD, Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Azure Synapse analytics to enable CRM analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
• Strong data migration, transformation and synchronization experience.
• Proven data integration work with external systems and APIs.
• CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps, including YAML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Power BI for CRM analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Dataverse, Canvas/Model-Driven Apps.
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics and data lake integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using:
  • Custom APIs and Webhooks
• Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated solution packaging, testing, and deployment for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components.
• Implement Power BI dashboards for CRM analytics and business intelligence.
• Experience in Power Apps & Automation
• Leverage Azure Synapse Analytics for advanced data processing and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all CRM-related processes.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
• Proven expertise in data migration, transformation, and synchronization.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps, including YAML pipelines and environment-based deployments.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and data lake integration.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, OData, JSON, and XML.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent.
• Experience with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices.
